Request for Existing Documentation

Hi Team,

As part of our ongoing effort to get a clearer picture of our current telecom environment, I'm requesting your help compiling all existing documentation related to telecommunications services. This includes both current and recently decommissioned services.

Please gather and share whatever you have access to in the following areas:

• Current service inventory (circuit IDs, locations, services in use)
• Contracts, MSAs, or service agreements
• Invoices or billing summaries
• Contact lists for vendors or account reps
• Any change orders, disconnect records, or MACD tracking
• Network diagrams or equipment inventories (if telecom-related)
• Notes or files related to recent orders or escalations

If something is missing or incomplete, flag it. The goal is to create a baseline, not perfection.
